Destruct System in Dark Side Rockers :: August 18 (Sun) :: Ikebukuro Chop

Hard-rocking industrial unit Destruct System will be infiltrating Ikebukuro Chop on July 18 (2013 guys), in Dark Side Rockers event.

If you like your BAAL (check out a full set live in LA), Despair (or let’s say… NIN for those who don’t follow Japanese underground music), then you will absolutely love these guys. Destruct System have played at the apex of the Japanese Gothic scene including many appearances at Tokyo Dark Castle.

Igor plans to do some screaming at this event… Let me know if you are going!

Club Theatic Goth Event TokyoI still have not had enough time to get into the site yet, but this event is too good not to mention! On Sunday March 10 from 3:30 pm, the Goths will be invading Ikebukuro Rosa Live Inn in Tokyo! Organizers are calling this Gothic 2013 SPRING FESTIVAL, and festive it is!

Featured bands include Psydoll, Vanished Empire (DJ Chihiro and 2Bullet’s Dee Lee), Suicide Squad, Dark Insanity, Zodiaque, Hernia_44, PeaceToPieces and Gothic Logic! There will also be DJs Chihiro, Wakana and tAk, along with exhibition space, fang makers, dancers and more! THIS IS NOT AN EVENT TO MISS!

Tonight I decided not to go to a really hot-looking event in Ikebukuro Chop which included, among others, Jet Pepper Tower and Speed-ID. It is kind of depressing being here in my tower missing out on these things. Hopefully there will be another wild night at Chop or Urga that I can go to.

Actually tomorrow night there will be a good event at Urga with bands like Nicht and (drool) Destruct System. Hmm, maybe I will have the energy to go there.

[Uber Goth-Industrial Live & DJ] Finally, the second half schedule for TDC. Tokyo Dark Castle (TDC) is the main event for the Gothic underground in Tokyo. Populated by the best-dressed Goths from all walks of life TDC delivers some of the best live acts and DJs in the scene. This makes TDC a must on any Goth agenda.

TDC have the second half’s event schedule for 2009 and rather than do a single post each time the event is set to roll.

[Goth/80's - Live & DJ] Club Walpurgis is a quarterly Gothic event in Tokyo. Club Walpurgis began as a Goth/Punk club in the 1980′s and became a kind of underground mecca in its day. 18 years after the original club closed down Walpurgis returned as a regular event in 2005 with a heavy emphasis on 80′s alternative, glam, Gothic, industrial and electro clash.
