While not as popular as the nation’s women re-dying their hair back to natural black (yay!), there does appear to be a bit of a mania for killing, cutting and running.
This time in Ibaraki… A torso was found on a river bank in a black plastic bag. The arms were bound with rope, but the lower part of the body had gone… walkies.
I don’t know about you, but I think the black plastic bag was not approved for trash disposal by the local government – they usually need to be semi-transparent so the trash collectors can inspect the contents or something.
Current count: 3. This is much more interesting than counting mad cows.
