KOBE’s got PHANTASMAGORIUM on the 2nd. OSAKA has got BLACK VEIL on the 29th. TOKYO’s got a lot of events culminating in two Halloween clashes on Oct. 22 (Walpurgis/Overture) and Oct. 29 (Tokyo Dark Castle/Midnight Mess).
