Tsukamoto Michiko, a local dominatrix (that’s what they say), has a program that picks a particular fetish each show, spices it with some wicked talkback and songs in line with the fetish theme of the week. The times vary, depending on what part of the Web site you are looking at, but the time-table for this week says Sunday (today). Snark it at 1422kHz (yes AM). Hah, another reason to study Japanese!
